Ikea is a glorious Swedish haven of simple furnishings at an affordable (almost disposable) price. But did you know that it also is the Dick Clark of home stores? That’s right mighty Ikea, may have pulled a Tuck Everalsting, people. Because Ikea, she doesn’t age! Seriously!
Here’s the fabulous evidence. A 1965 Ikea catalogue what looks like it could have been printed yesterday, minus the carpeting. 
“Furnish 2 rooms, kitchen and hall for less than 3300 crowns” it says here on the ad below. We want 3300 crowns so we can have this room!
